Each month, JRA delivers food and essential items to over 3,400 diverse, low-income households struggling with food insecurity. Volunteers of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities are invited to join JRA to pack nutritious food and household items during our Monthly Food Distributions. Participating in our food packing assembly line, volunteers carry boxes down the line, while other volunteers place food and other items into the box. After volunteers make it to the end of the line, they grab another box and do it again. This process repeats until all food boxes are packed and ready to be distributed. Our All Ages Packing Shift starts at 10:00 AM and is a great opportunity for individuals, families, groups of friends, or large volunteer groups to get involved in their community! Advanced registration is required. Click here to register for our August 13th Food Distribution.
